We currently deliver exclusively within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), including serviceable locations in:
- Mumbai City
- Mumbai Suburban
- Navi Mumbai
- Thane
- Selected surrounding MMR areas
Delivery availability may vary depending on your location and the time of order. Customers can confirm serviceability by entering their delivery address during checkout.
Delivery Hours
Our delivery hours are:
Monday – Sunday: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Delivery slots may vary during festivals, holidays, adverse weather conditions, or periods of exceptionally high demand.
Order Processing
- Standard ice cream orders are typically processed shortly after confirmation.
- Ice cream cakes may require advance preparation and should ideally be ordered in advance.
- Orders are prepared fresh and packed using insulated packaging designed to maintain product quality during transit.

Mumice cannot be responsible for melting, spoilage, or quality deterioration resulting from delays in receiving or storing the products after successful delivery.
Failed Delivery Attempts

- The recipient is unavailable.
- The provided address is incorrect or incomplete.
- The delivery location cannot be accessed safely.
In such cases:
