Promotional Offers – Terms & Conditions

These Promotional Offer Terms & Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) govern all discounts, coupon codes, promotional campaigns, referral programs, giveaways, contests, free delivery offers, and other marketing promotions offered by Mumice (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By participating in any promotion offered by Mumice, you agree to these Promotion Terms in addition to our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies.

1. General Eligibility

Promotional offers are available only to customers placing orders through Mumice’s official website and authorized sales channels.

To be eligible for promotional benefits:

  • Customers must provide accurate information during checkout.
  • Orders must be placed within the promotion period.
  • Customers must comply with all applicable promotion requirements.
  • Customers must be located within Mumice’s active delivery zones within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).

Mumice reserves the right to verify eligibility before applying any promotional benefit.

2. Promotional Period

Each promotion is valid only for the period specified in the promotional communication.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotions begin at the published start date and time.
  • Promotions end immediately upon expiry of the stated validity period.
  • Expired offers cannot be applied retrospectively.

3. Discount Coupons and Promo Codes

Promo codes may be subject to:

  • Minimum order value requirements.
  • Product-specific restrictions.
  • Delivery-area restrictions.
  • Maximum discount limits.
  • Single-use limitations.

Unless specifically stated otherwise:

  • Only one promo code may be used per order.
  • Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers.
  • Promo codes have no cash value.
  • Unused promo codes cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

4. New Customer Offers

Promotions designated for new customers are available only to customers making their first purchase through Mumice.

Mumice reserves the right to determine eligibility based on:

  • Mobile number
  • Email address
  • Delivery address
  • Payment method
  • Other reasonable verification methods

Multiple accounts created to obtain repeated new-customer benefits may result in cancellation of promotional benefits.

5. Free Delivery Promotions

Free delivery promotions may be subject to:

  • Minimum purchase requirements
  • Specific delivery locations
  • Limited promotional periods
  • Selected products or categories

Free delivery offers do not guarantee priority delivery or specific delivery times.

6. Ice Cream Cake Promotions

Special offers on ice cream cakes may be subject to:

  • Limited flavor availability
  • Size-specific restrictions
  • Festival or seasonal inventory limitations

Promotional pricing applies only while inventory remains available.

7. Referral Programs

Mumice reserves the right to cancel referral rewards where abuse is suspected.

8. Festival, Seasonal and Limited-Time Campaigns

Promotional campaigns conducted during:

  • Diwali
  • Christmas
  • New Year
  • Valentine’s Day
  • Eid
  • Holi
  • Mother’s Day
  • Father’s Day
  • Other seasonal events

may be subject to additional campaign-specific terms.

Campaign inventory, pricing, and availability may change without notice.

9. Cancellation and Refund Impact

If an order qualifying for a promotional benefit is:

  • Cancelled,
  • Refunded,
  • Partially refunded, or
  • Found to violate these Promotion Terms,

Mumice may:

  • Remove the promotional discount,
  • Recover promotional benefits granted,
  • Cancel associated rewards or credits.

10. Fraud Prevention

Mumice reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or refuse promotional benefits if we reasonably believe that:

  • Multiple accounts are being used improperly.
  • False information has been provided.
  • Automated systems or bots are being used.
  • Promotional abuse has occurred.
  • Fraudulent transactions are suspected.

Our decision regarding promotional misuse shall be final.

11. No Cash Alternative

Promotional discounts, credits, referral rewards, free products, and promotional benefits:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Cannot be transferred to another person.
  • Cannot be sold or resold.
  • Cannot be redeemed after expiration.

12. Modification or Withdrawal of Promotions

Mumice reserves the right to:

  • Modify any promotional campaign.
  • Extend promotional periods.
  • Shorten promotional periods.
  • Suspend promotions.
  • Withdraw promotions entirely.

Such changes may be made without prior notice where reasonably necessary for operational, legal, or business reasons.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mumice shall not be liable for:

  • Technical failures affecting promotional participation.
  • Lost, delayed, or incomplete promotional entries.
  • Website outages.
  • Payment gateway issues.
  • Delivery delays affecting promotional eligibility.
  • Third-party service interruptions.

14. Governing Law

These Promotion Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from a promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
