We deliver exclusively within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), including Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane.
Do you offer same-day delivery?

Can I schedule delivery for a future date?

How should I store ice cream or ice cream cake?
Please place your order in a freezer immediately after delivery to maintain freshness, texture, and quality.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the perishable nature of ice cream products, we do not accept returns after delivery.
What if my order arrives melted or damaged?
Contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos. We will review and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

Orders can only be cancelled before preparation starts. Once prepared or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
